Current availability
The browser-only evidence checklist remains available. Private intake is currently unavailable while email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile, production storage, provider contract evidence and transfer evidence are completed. The malware scanner has passed synthetic validation but has not processed private user documents.

Please contact us first so we can investigate. Where applicable, consumers may also contact Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) information.
