Free beta terms

Terms of use.

Plain boundaries for a document-organising service that you control.

Effective 9 August 2026 · Policy free-beta-2026-08-09-v1 · Approval owner-approved-free-beta-2026-08-09-v1

1. Operator and agreement

RecoupLane is operated by NOVOGROUP SYSTEMS S.R.L., Municipiul Zalău, Strada Gheorghe Șincai nr. 38A, județ Sălaj, 450077, România, CUI 39736070, J31/66/2023. Contact contact@recouplane.com.

By activating the free beta, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Notice.

2. Who may use the free beta

You must be 18 or older and control the email address used for your account. The private free beta is offered only to adults declaring residence in the European Union, the wider European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), or the United States.

Residents of the United Kingdom, Switzerland and every other market are excluded from private activation until separately approved. Public information remains available globally. Eligibility is based on your declared residence, not citizenship, flight route or IP geolocation.

3. What RecoupLane does

RecoupLane provides document organisation and general informational suggestions for delayed-baggage records. It can help you keep user-confirmed facts, receipts and airline guidance in a reviewable pack.

RecoupLane is not an airline, insurer, law firm or claims representative. Its information is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. RecoupLane does not provide legal representation, does not make a definitive eligibility or entitlement assessment, does not negotiate and does not submit a claim automatically or on your behalf. You check official rules, review the material and submit it yourself through the airline's official channel.

4. Free beta

Supported beta access is free. There is no card or payment, subscription, success fee or percentage of any reimbursement. A later paid service would require separate terms and cannot turn earlier beta use into a purchase.

Features, capacity and supported airline routes may change or end with reasonable notice, subject to mandatory law. Private intake is currently unavailable until the required operational safeguards are validated; the public browser-only checklist remains available.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and correct suggestions before relying on them.
  • Check the airline's current official instructions and deadlines.
  • Upload only material you may lawfully use and remove unnecessary third-party data where possible.
  • Do not upload malware, executable content, credentials or unrelated material.
  • Keep account access and any private links secure.

6. Airline decisions and outcomes

Airlines and other recipients control their channels, evidence requirements, eligibility decisions and payments. RecoupLane does not promise acceptance, reimbursement, a decision date or an uninterrupted airline channel. No airline endorses RecoupLane unless expressly stated.

7. Availability, suspension and ending use

The beta may contain defects and may be limited or suspended for security, capacity, legal or maintenance reasons. We may suspend abusive use. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time, subject to the retention and legal-hold rules in the Privacy Notice.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, RecoupLane is not responsible for an airline's decision, missed official deadlines, inaccurate information supplied or confirmed by a user, or third-party service availability.

9. Governing law and complaints

Romanian law governs these Terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Courts are determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules.

Send complaints first to contact@recouplane.com. Where applicable, consumers may contact Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or consult its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) information.

10. Changes

Material changes will receive a new policy version and effective date. If a change requires renewed agreement, continued private use will remain unavailable until that agreement is recorded.
